A Faith Full Farewell

Dear Quiver Family and Friends,

Five and a half years ago, In the Quiver was founded with the mission to STRENGTHEN, FORGE, AND BUILD homes for God’s glory. Throughout this time we have had weekly blog posts from our amazing group of contributors and many guest authors who wanted to use their words as a ministry. And we have seen God use the Quiver to reach readers from over 90 different countries. Our goal has been to honor God through this work, and we’ve been amazed at what He has done.

In our thankfulness, it’s not easy writing to you today. After much prayer and reflection, we feel the Lord leading us to close the Quiver website at the end of this calendar year (December 31, 2022). Times and ministries change, and we sense a personal change in direction, as well.

We thank you for the support of our ministry and pray you have been encouraged as much as we have by your faithfulness. Our prayer for our writers and readers in this time of transition is Philippians 1:3-6.

I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always offering prayer with joy in my every prayer for you all,in view of your participation in the gospel from the first day until now. For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

Philippians 1:3-6

Thank you again for your support. We pray God’s blessings on you and your families in the new year!

With love from your Quiver editors,

Marcy and Leigh Ann

  1. Wherever God leads you, I’ll be praying His peace, mercy, protection, and blessing upon you and your families. Thank you all. I’ve enjoyed seeing how God used each of you, each with your own unique talents and gifts, to strengthen our families. God’s blessings ladies. When you sense that prayer in the pre-dawn hours, know that I haven’t forgotten y’all.
