Lately I have pretty much been keeping a batch of this guacamole on hand at all times. A splash of balsamic vinegar and a dash of chipotle chile pepper give this recipe a little something extra.
4 small to medium avocados, peeled, stoned & scooped out
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile pepper
1/2 small red onion, chopped
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash avocados with fork or potato masher.
- Stir or whisk in all other ingredients.
- Let set about 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate to store.
